Started with the OPTIMA™ program in 2021. The optimization is great and keeps traffic coming into our business. I have been happy with the service from my account manager and she is always in communication to keep our online visibility up to date. I like that she checks with us monthly in order to keep the community in the know for what's going on in our store. That is why I have stayed with the program and continue to renew. Since starting with the OPTIMA™ program we have grown from 45 reviews to over 500 reviews on our Google listing. I have been with the AMP team and OPTIMA™ since 2020. The biggest plus is the convenience and the ease of working with my account manager Merissa. If I have new pictures of food and menu items - I can easily send them to her and she will get them posted on my website for me. I can always get in touch with someone and they make updates for me in a timely manner. My restaurant has seen continued growth since having the OPTIMA™ program and we always have new customers coming through the door. I am so pleased with OPTIMA™ and I suggest it to any business owner.

The OPTIMA™ program is probably the best marketing investment I have ever made. The program has done a super great job at getting my business online. People are always searching for ice cream, so popping up online is a great way to bring in new customers. I had people telling me all the time that they were 10 miles away or 20 minutes away but they wanted some good ice cream and we popped up right away. Once they come to us one time, they keep coming. The OPTIMA™ program easily pays for itself time and time again and is a wonderful investment.
